Land Purchase Info. . . The land deal was finalized and closed Tuesday afternoon (8-Jan-08). The 40 acres to the West of the club are now ours! As discussed in the last newsletter, the board is assessing all the membership an annual land purchase fee of $40. This fee must be paid by all members including those who receive free memberships such as life members, neighbors, match directors, etc. We estimate that this fee will remain in effect for the next 7 to 8 years or until the debt is paid off. Don’t forget that donations to this purchase will shorten the time we need to charge this special assessment. This fee is added to your renewal cost for next year.
